Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order within 2 hours after placing the order.
Our usual order processing time is 2–5 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
If a customer submits a cancellation request before the order has been shipped, and the request is made within the cancellation period stated on our website, the order can be cancelled.
Because we try to process orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests submitted after the 2-hour cancellation window may not be guaranteed.
Once the order has been shipped or has entered the fulfillment process, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.
Return Shipping Fee
If the return is caused by the customer, such as ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong size, changing their mind, or other personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific shipping fee will depend on the express company or shipping carrier selected by the customer.
If the return is due to our reason, such as the item received being damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, special orders, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Method and Refund Timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after approval. After the refund has been issued, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at help@meetrove.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
